We will speed up your search with a customized search engine, configured to send you an email notification each time a new listing matches your search criteria. This search may include vitals (living space, neighborhood, etc.) and amenities (private pool, golf course lot, etc.) You may have multiple search engines configured, and specific search criteria can be changed at any time. This search engine also includes a web-based listing tracker to help you sort and save potential home listings.
Resources Before & After The Purchase
Before closing you may need inspector suggestions, contractor appointments and bids, or unexpected home-specific research. We will help with all of the above, and anything else that arises in your evaluation of a prospective home. After closing, we often provide clients with additional contractor referrals, utility company phone numbers and suggestions, and general neighborhood tips and advice. Just like your personal concierge--we're here to address anything that comes up in your home purchase adventure.
