Data Ownership and Copyright: The data and listings provided are sourced from the Houston Association of Realtors. HRIS remains the exclusive owner of all MLS data.

While the data remains proprietary to HRIS, Icon Real Estate takes precautions to protect and safeguard the data. We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality and strive to protect against unauthorized access or use.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations
All services, including but not limited to the MLS services, are provided on an "as available," "as is" basis. We make no representations about the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the data.
Neither HRIS, Icon Real Estate, nor its third-party providers shall be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or its data.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Icon Real Estate, its parent company, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, demands, losses, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, relating to your violation of these terms or your use (or misuse) of the site or any data therein.
